Isada Hiranwiwatkul is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group's Financial Services practice and leads the firm’s Bangkok office. His experience includes retail banking, SME banking, digital banking, wealth management, and life and nonlife insurance. He contributed to the BCG report, Global Wealth 2015: Winning the Growth Game.

In his recent work, he has:

  • Designed a disruptive digital bank targeting Gen-Y population
  • Developed an affluent banking strategy for a large bank in Thailand
  • Redesigned a new credit operating model for the SME banking division of a large bank
  • Conducted due diligence and created a high-level synergy realization plan for a large Japanese bank entering SEA
  • Led a cost-reduction program and redesigning a new target operating model for a large motor insurer

Prior to joining the firm, Isada was a manager at Bain & Company in Southeast Asia and a mechanical engineer at ESSO (Thailand), an affiliate of ExxonMobil Refining and Supply.
