Jack Davidson is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice, focused on leading large-scale change programs for large global industrial clients. He has substantial experience serving clients in the aerospace and defense sector, in particular, the UK defense ecosystem.
Jack now works with leading prime contractors and suppliers to drive transformational change within their organizations, with a particular focus on cost optimization, operating model, and commercial excellence.
Since joining BCG in 2014, Jack has worked in the firm’s Melbourne office, and also spent time on secondment at a leading UK engineering company.
