Jaejoong Kang is a member of the leadership team for Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice in Korea. His expertise includes biopharmaceuticals, CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization), medical devices, and cross-border M&A and PMI (post-merger integration).
Since joining BCG, he has led corporate strategy development and operational excellence projects for pharmaceutical and CDMO clients, including growth and acquisition strategy planning, cost reduction, and biologics yield improvement. He has supported multiple cross-border M&A and PMI efforts, including commercial due diligence and integration planning for transactions involving biopharmaceutical, vaccine, vitamin, and chemical companies.
He has also driven new business development and global go-to-market strategies for clients in the medical device industry, and evaluated acquisition opportunities across diagnostics, imaging, robotics, and other therapeutic technologies. Jaejoong is the founder of Prizzmable, a medical diagnostics device company.
