Jeremy Kay leads Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice in the Great Lakes region, and its procurement work for the energy industry globally. He has more than two decades of hands-on operations experience focused on supply chain, procurement, and cost excellence topics. Jeremy has particularly in-depth expertise in direct materials and services sourcing.
Jeremy primarily serves clients across the energy value chain and within the manufacturing industry. He has led numerous projects in utilities, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace and defense, and consumer goods. Throughout his career, he has helped his clients identify, design, and/or execute programs that created over $7 billion of value.
Before entering consulting, Jeremy held positions as Purchasing Manager at Navistar, Commodity Manager at TRW Automotive, and Commodity Manager at Federal-Mogul. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management and member of the Institute for Supply Management.
