Jon Hampton is a core member of the Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and focuses on B2B commercial growth topics for industrial goods and technology clients. Jon also serves as the Recruiting Partner for the Boston office and leads the office’s Racial Equity Accelerator.

Since joining BCG in 2012, Jon has developed deep expertise in pricing, go-to-market, channel management, and sales excellence topics while serving clients across North America, Europe, and Asia on commercial topics. He has substantial practical experience in a number of B2B industries including engineered products, machinery, chemicals, building materials, software, and semiconductors.

Before joining BCG, Jon worked in technology investment banking and venture investing, focusing on enterprise software, networking hardware, and business services. He also worked in East Africa on Gates Foundation and USAID-funded economic development projects, focusing on strategic and commercial topics in agribusiness and consumer packaged goods.
