Julien Girault is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity and Transform practices. He has considerable experience in transactions, value creation, and transformation, and is an experienced CEO, and an entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the venture capital and private equity industry
Julien joined BCG in 2007 and was part of the team that created the BCG Casablanca office in 2010. He rejoined the firm in February 2022 in the Middle East. From 2013 to 2016, Julien was a partner in the creation of an early-stage investment company operating in real estate, agribusiness, and renewables in Morocco.
In addition, he developed startups in edtech and electric mobility, and led a 14-month transition management project, identifying turnaround opportunities for a Moroccan agribusiness holding as a chief performance officer.
