Jungmin Cho is the Head of Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investors & Private Equity practice in Korea, and a leader in transactions and integrations. His expertise includes M&A target identification and investment feasibility assessment, post-acquisition full potential planning, pre- and post-merger integration portfolio company value enhancement, and vendor due diligence.

Since joining BCG, he has led numerous due diligence and investment feasibility projects for corporate and private equity clients across industries, including mobility, semiconductors, batteries, online platforms, retail, and consumer goods.

He has supported clients across the full M&A lifecycle, from acquisition and integration readiness to full potential planning and post-merger integration execution. He has also developed value maximization strategies through vendor due diligence for private equity portfolio companies in health and beauty, building materials, and EV equipment. In addition, he has advised clients on growth strategies through sector screening, acquisition target prioritization, and joint venture feasibility assessments across industries such as energy, consumer goods and platform companies.

Before joining the firm, Jungmin held positions at Accenture, Monitor Group, and L.E.K. Consulting.
