Katsuhiro Wakabayashi joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. He is a core member of the firm's Transform practice.
Katsuhiro works with clients across a range of industries, including automotive OEMs, auto components, machinery, materials, energy, and logistics. He has led numerous projects on companywide transformation, business and organizational restructuring, and growth strategy development. He has extensive experience managing large-scale structural reform programs in global organizations.
Prior to joining BCG, Katsuhiro worked at Kubota Corporation.
