Kazumasa Sakurai began his career with Boston Consulting Group in 1999. He leads BCG's Technology, Media & Telecom practice in Japan, and is a core member of the firm’s People & Organization, Consumer, and Social Impact practices.

Kazumasa works closely with clients primarily in the media, telecommunications, technology, transportation, and consumer goods industries. His topic expertise covers new business development, organization and talent strategy, digital transformation, M&A, and business structure reform. Kazumasa is a member of the board of Teach for Japan.
