Kaz Tominaga is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice, with a special focus on the automotive sector, and Operations practice.

Since joining the firm, Kaz has worked closely mainly with clients in industrial goods, automotive and other manufacturing industries. His recent project experience covers large corporate transformation and post-merger integration (PMI), globalization strategy, innovation strategy, and technology roadmapping. He has developed particular expertise in consulting on global agenda for automotive and other manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining BCG in 2013, Kazutoshi worked at Booz & Company in the engineered products and services practice, at Roland Berger, and as a product development engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation.
