Kevin Meme is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer, Health Care, and People & Organization practice areas. He works with clients driving major strategy, operations, and large-scale change efforts primarily in the consumer, retail, auto/industrial, and health care spaces. In his 11 plus years in consulting, Kevin has advised leading companies on growth strategy, post-merger integration, salesforce effectiveness, and operating model redesign. He has led several major organizational transformation efforts, helping clients drive performance by becoming more efficient and effective as well as more aligned to strategic priorities that achieve growth. 

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked as an equity analyst for T. Rowe Price, and as an economic researcher at the U.S. Treasury Department and Center for Retirement Research.
