Kirill Tuishev joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006. He heads the Oil & Gas practice in Russia and CIS and is a core member of BCG's Industrial Goods practice, focusing on Operations, People and Organization, and Strategy.

His consulting experience includes large capital project management (transformation of operating model and capability building), operations (procurement, working capital management), people and organization (organizational design, motivation, and engagement) and strategy.

Kirill’s recent projects have been as varied as the transformation of a major state-owned Eastern European oil and gas company, implementation of a management system for large upstream projects for a major Russian oil and gas company, transition to new organizational structure for a major Russian oil and gas company, and planning, KPI, and compensation systems efficiency improvement for a refining asset for a major Russian oil and gas company.

Prior to joining BCG, Kirill worked as director of strategy and corporate development in the Russian diversified holding company AK BARS. He also worked for seven years as director of finance for an export company in the US.
