He has over 18 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery across various industries, with a focus on marketing technologies. He has delivered solutions on various digital marketing products, tools, and core technologies.
Krupananda was recently involved in defining the technical strategy and architecture for a GenAI-powered chatbot for an automotive OEM. The chatbot was successfully deployed in production, serving as a "Sales Concierge" which engages with customers and guides them through the sales process.
Before joining BCG, Krupananda was a Senior Architect at Publicis Sapient.
