Lucas Garrido leads Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practice for Latin America and Iberia. He is also actively involved in the firm’s Energy and Industrial Goods practices, leveraging his extensive experience in these industries to support BCG's clients across the region, especially on topics related to finance or larger transformations.

Lucas originally worked at BCG from 2011 to 2014 before rejoining the firm in May 2023. He brings over seven years of experience as an investor across private and public equities focusing on consumer, real estate, energy, and industrial industries in Brazil and the US. Between 2014 and 2023, he held leadership roles including Senior Associate at GP Investments in São Paulo, where he served on the boards of various portfolio companies; Vice President of Real Estate Private Equity at GIC, where he closed deals worth over $2 billion; and Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager at Itaú Asset Management, where he oversaw a $1 billion long-only fund investing in Brazilian and global equities.
