As the lead for Boston Consulting Group's North American Global Advantage practice and a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, Martin Metzker works with industrial goods and technology companies on corporate strategy (including transaction support), commercial excellence, growth and profitability, and setting up digital ecosystems and driving impact through advanced analytics.

During the last several years, he has led multiple large-scale change and transformation efforts and supported clients with business model innovation and in turnaround situations, resetting entire organizations and business models for efficiency and top-line growth.

Before joining BCG in 2004, he worked for Volkswagen in Mexico.
