Mateusz Malek is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He specializes in delivering successful strategy and transformation projects, with a focus on enabling banks and insurance companies to achieve digital innovation, operational excellence, and growth through technology.
Mateusz has extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including digital transformations, operational transformations, and the design of future-ready operating models. He has worked with clients across Europe, delivering tailored organic and inorganic solutions to complex challenges for financial services companies. In addition, Mateusz has hands-on experience in IT function redesign projects, laying the foundation for his deep understanding of the intersection between technology and business. He has passed all ACCA and CFA exams. Before coming to BCG, Mateusz was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Strategy, now Monitor Deloitte.
