Mathieu Menegaux is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Industrial Goods practices.

Since joining BCG in 2001, Mathieu has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors to create and launch performance-improvement programs, including the definition of targets, identification of levers, structure of the plan, and set-up of the project management office. He has helped numerous companies develop growth strategies, redesign their organizations, and optimize support functions.

In the energy industry, Mathieu has led numerous efforts to implement worldwide sales force effectiveness programs. He has partnered with utilities to redefine their operational target models, addressing issues related to call centers, multichannel presence, new offers, and customer satisfaction.

Mathieu also led BCG’s work to develop the Social Entrepreneur Award of the Year competition in France, teaming with The Schwab Foundation to recognize and support entrepreneurs who are applying their business skills to make a difference in the world. In addition, Mathieu is an author, and his first novel, Je me suis tue, was published in 2015.
