Matt Krentz leads the The Boston Consulting Group's Global People Team. In this role, he serves on the firm's Executive and Operating Committees. He is also a core member of the Consumer and People & Organization practices and the topic leader for diversity & inclusion globally.

Since joining BCG in 1983, Matt has focused on a variety of strategy, corporate-development, organization, marketing and sales, and pricing issues. His recent work has been focused on talent acquisition, culture, engagement, and organizational topics, including deep work in diversity & inclusion across media, finance, energy, industrial goods, and consumer products. He has also developed deep expertise with clients around new working models and changing talent pools.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked in corporate development for Hewlett-Packard.
