Prior to joining BCG, Matthew developed expertise in strategy in the not-for-profit sector as Consulting Director of 180 Degrees Consulting Monash. This included causes of youth homelessness, poverty, access to clean drinking water and rights advocacy. Notable work included:
- Planning and overseeing the ideation of a social enterprise product for a multinational organisation, as part of a broader innovation strategy.
- Developing a metropolitan and regional expansion strategy for a not-for-profit. The not-for-profit has now expanded to serving 101 schools across Victoria.
