Oleg Gubin is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy and Operations practices. Since joining BCG in 2015, Oleg has worked with oil and gas and petrochemical assets across the US, Europe, and Asia to deliver operational excellence, sustainable cost reduction, and margin improvement.
Oleg works closely with executives at leading energy and industrial companies to design and execute major transformations. His recent experience includes end-to-end cost-out programs, frontline enablement, field productivity improvement, and operating model redesign, to help clients translate strategy into measurable results on the ground. Before joining BCG, Oleg was as a consultant at PwC.
