Paolo Vicino is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care, Operations, and People & Organization practices. In his work for the firm, he has supported multiple M&A and strategy projects for medical aesthetic and pharmaceutical companies, focusing on commercial and operations functions. His most recent projects include supporting the operations and regulatory functions of a global company in a multi-billion dollar divestiture, developing the entry strategy in the US market for a Gx drug-device, and supporting the redesign and optimization of the loyalty program for a medical aesthetics company, among other engagements.
Prior to joining BCG, Paolo worked for an Italian firm in the renewable energy industry.
