Paweł Michalski joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Technology Advantage practices at the firm. Paweł works principally with banking and insurance clients, concentrating on digital transformation, agile at scale, and IT strategy.

In his engagements, Paweł focuses on advising his clients on the practical implementation of various aspects of digital transformations in complex IT environments. He has also delivered four E2E agile at scale/DevOps transformations in banks in Poland and globally. Paweł is also experienced in due diligence and designing future-proof target operating models.

Prior to joining BCG, Paweł worked at Accenture taking part in various IT implementation projects for the biggest banks in Poland.
