Peter Mattsson is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice with a special focus on fashion and luxury. He is also a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Technology & Digital Advantage practices at the firm.

Peter has led several AI products from proof-of-concept to industrialization, as well as projects within pricing, large-scale transformation, supply chain, and assortment. In addition to the Stockholm office, Peter worked for a year in the San Francisco office as part of a global mobility program.

In his recent work, Peter supported a multi-year end-to-end transformation for a global fashion company, including product engine transformation, building AI supported digital tools, and implementing a leaner organizational setup.

He also served on multiple engagements within the supply chain, including a sourcing excellence program, transport cost-out, and inventory balancing.
