Philippe Lemay

Philippe Lemay is a leader in Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice. In his client work, he focuses on serving leading mining, and paper and packaging companies, advising them on operations, organization, and frontline transformation.

Since joining BCG, Philippe has partnered with clients across the industrial goods sector to help them navigate complex operational and organizational challenges. Alongside his client work, he has taken on several leadership roles in BCG's Montreal office: leading learning and development initiatives, strengthening the firm's alumni community, and serving as recruiting director to help shape the talent pipeline.
