Rafal Cegiela is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group specializing in applying AI and machine learning to personalization, pricing, and transforming user interface/user experience (UI/UX). He is a principal data scientist for BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit. Rafal joined BCG in 2006, then left to work as managing director for products and pricing at PZU before rejoining BCG X in 2020.
Rafal is committed to bringing together business, data science, and IT teams to implement solutions with lasting business impact. He has hands-on experience in implementing data science and generative AI solutions and shaping IT architectures.
