Romney Resney is the Bay Area office leader for Boston Consulting Group. She is a leader in the firm's Health Care practice, working with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices clients from around the world, as well as payers and providers. As a member of the North America leadership team, she has been instrumental in building and growing that region's health care team.

Romney brings more than 25 years of experience in health care and works passionately on profitable growth strategy and organization topics for her health care clients. She serves as the global lead for BCG on launch, customer-centricity, and commercial excellence.

Before joining BCG, Romney worked in senior positions at Monitor Group, Mainspring/IBM Global Services and as Executive Director of Mass Insight Education and Research.
