Satoshi Kiyama

Senior Partner & Managing Director


Since joining The Boston Consulting Group in 2001, Satoshi Kiyama has worked closely with clients in a variety of industries such as automotive, electronic parts, materials, trading business, real estate, and energy and utilities.

He leads the Global Advantage practice in Japan, and is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice, as well as Strategy and People & Organizations practices. Satoshi has a thorough knowledge of new business building, business and function reform through digital technology, emerging market strategy, portfolio management, and postmerger integration (PMI).

Prior to joining BCG, Satoshi worked in the real estate department of ITOCHU Corporation, where he was responsible for real estate securitization in Japan.
