Sergio Méntrida is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice. He is a manufacturing and supply chain specialist with an industry background in industrial goods, logistics, and consumer products. As a member of the firm's operations manufacturing and supply chain management knowledge team, he has operational experience in lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, logistics, digital supply chain, and E2E optimization.

Since joining the firm in 2021, Sergio has focused on operations—primarily conducting projects on manufacturing shop floor analysis, network optimization, and sustainable manufacturing.

Before joining BCG, Sergio worked at Group-IPS as a Project Engineer in the Digital Supply Chain & Operations business unit.
