Sunaryo Gunawan joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2015. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions, Public Sector, and Transform practices at the firm. Sunaryo has over ten years of experience delivering banking transformation projects covering all aspects, including strategy, change management, CFO excellence, cost transformation, channel transformation, people and organization, and performance management.

He currently serves as BCG's Business Analyst Cohort Career Development Chair and is a member of the core team for the Southeast Asia Transform and Financial Institutions practices.

Before joining the firm, Sunaryo was a Manager at Accenture Management Consulting in Jakarta, the Purchasing Programs Lead for the Ford Motor Company in Australia, and the Project Infrastructure Procurement Lead at The University of Melbourne.
