Tad Roselund is a cofounder of The Boston Consulting Group’s New Jersey office. Since 2011, Tad has also served as BCG’s chief risk officer, reporting to the firm's CEO and Audit & Risk Committee. As CRO, Tad identifies key risks to BCG and ensures appropriate management strategies are in place to address them. He also oversees the internal risk function and heads BCG’s Global Risk Leadership Team.

Much of Tad’s recent client work has focused on biopharmaceutical-commercialization effectiveness, especially the challenges of maximizing the return from innovation, and product value proposition for small and large molecules. He is a core member of the firm’s Health Care practice and leads one of the firm’s largest client relationships in health care.

Tad has also led several major change efforts focused on organizational design, integration, and transformation. These programs have involved all aspects of the biopharma value chain, including R&D, sales and marketing, and various enabling functions.

Before he joined the firm, Tad was a consultant with LEK/Alcar Consulting, developing M&A and corporate strategy focusing on the health care, telecommunications, and media industries.
