Tamer Naim Silwanes is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice. He focuses on digital and agile transformation and large-scale performance turnarounds for financial institutions, and private equity, consumer goods, and oil and gas companies. He joined the firm in 2025, bringing 20 years of consulting experience.
Tamer's work is based on shaping strategic priorities in order to accelerate revenue growth and build sustainable competitive advantage. He helps organization strengthen leadership alignment, sharpen governance and decision making, and implant the capabilities required to create long-term value. He has worked with most of the leading financial institutions in Egypt, as well as clients in the Middle East and Africa. Before joining BCG, Tamer worked at Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company.
