Thomas Körfer is a member of the BCG Platinion leadership team in the Nordics, mainly focused on modern enterprise IT architecture work and management of large-scale transformations. Platinion is Boston Consulting Group’s practice dedicated to providing consulting services focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions.
Thomas is also a member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice and has led engagements for industrial goods and manufacturing companies, including several simplification and enabler projects in industrial goods companies in the Nordics in recent years. These have covered the introduction of agile ways of working, transformations of core IT architecture, and large-scale turnarounds, Thomas also works with utilities and energy companies across Europe. Before joining the firm, he worked at Lufthansa Technik AG as an IT advisor, Ameco Beijing as an IT Project Leader, and Hawker Pacific Aerospace, Los Angeles, as an IT Developer.
