Tom Martin is the global lead for AI Platforms at BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group's division focused on technology architecture, design, and large scale implementation. Tom leads a team of solution architects, engineers, and technical program managers who design, build, and scale agents and AI systems for clients.
In his work with clients from the technology, media, and telecommunications; consumer and retail; and banking and insurance industries, Tom focuses on AI solutions architecture (from concept to production), agent and platform design, model adaptation and fine tuning for cost/performance at scale, applied research, model evaluations, scaling responsibly and cost effectively, and educating and communicating about AI.
Tom is committed to helping people understand how AI will impact their lives, work, and industry.
