Vicki Escarra is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group. As a former CEO and CMO, she has extensive experience leading organizations through transformational change while driving growth and creating value. As a change management expert, she helps leadership teams adopt and model the attitude and behavior shifts required for sustained business success.

Vicki has advised and coached CEOs, company presidents, senior executives, and senior teams, both internationally and nationally. She helps leaders understand and adapt to changing contexts and develop leadership behaviors that not only drive improved financial performance, but also personal satisfaction. In her role as a Senior Advisor to BCG, Vicki is actively involved in BCG's global Consumer practice, and its travel and tourism work, and is a leading member of BCG's People & Organization practice. She advises BCG and its clients on strategy, innovation and growth, transformation, and agile principles to develop new ways of working.

As EVP of Customer Operations at Delta Airlines, Vicki led the organization through several major restructuring projects, resulting in improved operating performance and customer experience – while saving the company millions. As Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Delta, she oversaw the reengineering and redesigning of Delta's footprint after the 9/11 attacks. She then helped grow the Skymiles Program with American Express to assist Delta’s recovery. As CEO of two large nonprofits (Feeding America & Opportunity International), she led the business models transformation, growing them collectively to over $6 billion.

Vicki was a key member of the Aviation Climate Taskforce, a non-profit organization. ACT is scheduled to accelerate breakthroughs in emerging technologies to decarbonize aviation. Her board directorships include A.G. Edwards, HealthNet, Centene, and DocuSign, along with many nonprofit boards. She has received numerous awards including the Four Freedoms Award from the Roosevelt Institute. She is regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, Bloomberg, and other media.
