Außerdem verfügt er über ausgiebige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Engineered Products, Maschinen, elektrische Komponenten und Chemicals. Felix leitet den Stahlsektor von BCG. Er berät Unternehmen hauptsächlich bei den Themen Commercial Excellence, Kostenoptimierung und Unternehmenstransformation.
Zuvor leitete Felix die Recruiting-Aktivitäten von BCG und war verantwortlich für die Bereiche Universitäten, Branding und Presse. Zurzeit ist er als Career Advisor für die BCG-Personalentwicklung tätig.
