Daniel Schroer is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Technology Advantage practices and a topic expert for medical technology.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Daniel has worked with numerous major health care and medtech companies on issues related to corporate strategy and new commercial models, mergers and acquisitions, and go-to-market strategy, as well as many sales, marketing, and pricing excellence projects.

Daniel has extensive experience in digital business models and leads BCG's digital business in medical technology worldwide.

Before joining BCG, Daniel was a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institutes and worked as an intern for Arthur D. Little, DaimlerChrysler, Bayer, and BRAINnet.
