Grigory Rubin heads Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice in Russia and CIS. His core areas of expertise lie within the transport and logistics sector including railway transport, postal logistics, and shipping, as well as transportation machine-building and other machinery.
Grigory has significant experience in corporate and business strategy development, organizational redesign, and operational improvements. He is also an expert in operational transformation, supply chain management, and applied Industry 4.0 within the Industrial Goods practice.
Before joining BCG in April 2010, Grigory worked in A.T.Kearney and Strategy Partners in Moscow.
