Since joining BCG in 2006, Reiko has worked closely with clients in various sectors on business unit strategy, scenario planning, large-scale turnaround, transformation, and organizational reform. She has rich experience in forecasting the future market landscape using massive data and statistics, capital investment planning, and strategy-formulation incorporating scenarios. Reiko currently serves as a Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, as well as a member of governmental advisory councils.

Prior to joining BCG, Reiko was a managing director at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ), a government-sponsored private equity fund tasked with revitalizing the Japanese economy. She also worked at Kirin Brewery Company.
