Ziad Halabi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice and leads that practice’s work in government finance globally. He is also a core member of the People & Organization practice and serves as the firm’s Middle East recruiting lead. 

Since joining BCG in 2009, Ziad has worked extensively with public sector clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with particular focus on Ministries of Finance, tax authorities, customs authorities, and other key institutions within the government finance ecosystem. 

In the course of his work, Ziad has supported end-to-end development of national budgets, budgeting process transformations, revenue increase and efficiency programs, and government service pricing and quality review initiatives. In addition, he has supported government clients in capability development topics, including leadership development and academy setup. 

Ziad also worked at Sabre Airline Solutions as a Vice President.
