As a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Transform Practice Area, Aleksandra Bozic Mazzi focuses on transformations and turnarounds of international corporations and private equity-owned businesses. She has more than 20 years of experience in business performance improvement in the private equity, banking, and advisory context; and specializes in complex, high impact, and time-critical situations. 

Aleks’s extensive, cross-sector experience includes leading holistic turnarounds and redesigns of underperforming companies, with a focus on top line, EBITDA, and cash generation; as well as cost reduction programs; cross-geography treasury management; and carve-outs. 

Before joining BCG, Aleks spent six years working in private equity and banking where she was responsible for driving financial and operational improvements. Prior to that she spent eight years at AlixPartners.
