Ben Eppler is a core member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group. He works with clients and investors in the restaurant, consumer products, travel and tourism, and retail industries, with a focus on insights-driven growth strategy, pricing, and omnichannel sales. Ben began his BCG career in the New York office in 2009, and has also worked in the Tel Aviv and Hamburg offices.

Ben is passionate about helping his clients leverage unique data sources and consumer insights to create sustainable growth opportunities. He is an expert in long-term strategic planning, organizational optimization to drive accountability and efficiency, and identifying and executing against operational improvement opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben was a Stanford Fellow at the National Archives in Washington, DC, and worked in the economic research unit of Byblos Bank in Beirut, Lebanon. He has also worked as an investment banker in New York and a researcher in the real estate department at Harvard Business School.
