Simone Schwemer is a core member of the Insurance and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group, and she is in charge of people and organization for the German/Austrian insurance team.
Simone joined the firm in 2008. She works with insurance companies on key trends affecting the industry, with a focus on digitization, organization model transformations, and people-related topics, putting special emphasis on the impact of digitization on skill requirements and ways of working.
Simone is the career advisor in the Munich office and is passionate about working to ensure the compatibility of leadership and family. She is an active member of the Women@BCG Initiative in Germany and Austria. She earned a Professional Scrum Master certificate in 2019.
