Patrick Erker joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He has worked out of the Chicago and Dubai offices as well as in San Francisco. Patrick has been an Ambassador with BCG’s Henderson Institute, working with senior BCG leaders on the challenges and opportunities related to learning and talent development in the digital age. In his client work, Patrick works primarily with mission-driven companies in the education and health care industries on core strategic topics.

Patrick has managed BCG’s key relationships with digital learning partners, including universities and Coursera, in developing BCG-branded digital learning content published on Coursera.

Patrick’s recent work has focused on solving the challenges to companies' workforces brought on by digitization and automation. He has also been involved in genomics, hospital systems, and new uses of data in the financial services industry, as well as the future of learning, work, and education. Before joining the firm, Patrick was a fifth grade teacher in Chicago through Teach For America, worked as a financial analyst at Raytheon Company, and was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.
