Frida Polli is an award-winning Harvard- and MIT-trained neuroscientist turned startup founder. She completed her predoctoral training in neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and her postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience at MIT.

After a decade in academic neuroscience, Frida sought to apply neuroscience and data science to real-world problems. She is now CEO and cofounder of pymetrics, a startup that uses advances in cognitive neuroscience to create analytics-informed decision-making and performance-enhancement software for the human capital field. 

Frida earned her BA from Dartmouth College, MBA from Harvard Business School, and PhD from Suffolk University. She is the proud mother of two girls.
