Amir Kolton joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He has substantial experience in automotive and mobility and is a leading member of the firm's Industrial Goods, Global Advantage, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Amir also leads BCG’s work in AI in Auto for North America.

At BCG, Amir’s clients have included automotive OEMs and dealers, metals and mining and petrochemicals players, and engineered products and aerospace and defense companies. Amir has extensive experience in automotive sales and marketing, distribution, and dealer data analytics, as well as operating model transformation, go-to-market strategy, cost reduction, PMI, and other strategic functions.

Prior to joining BCG, Amir worked as a corporate lawyer focusing on financial restructuring, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. He also spent time in leading system characterization of a C4I system for an aerospace and defense company and served as a Company Commander (Major) in the Israeli Defense Forces.
