Emile Salhab is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice. He leads primarily provider, payer, and health systems projects. Emile has worked with public and private clients in North America and the Middle East.

Within health care, Emile has functional expertise in strategic planning, service line optimization, health system governance, privatization, mergers and acquisitions, greenfield hospital implementations, and large-scale transformations.

Before joining the firm, Emile worked in research and development for the design of innovative automated anesthesia devices.
