Steve Mitchelmore is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice. He has worked with many clients across sectors with an emphasis on growth and customer-driven transformation. Steve is passionate about unlocking the potential in clients to leverage data/tech to meet consumer needs in today’s new reality.

During his more than 15 years with BCG, Steve has worked with retail and consumer tech clients on marketing and sales, corporate strategy, organization transformation, and operational efficiency. Steve helped co-found BCG’s personalization business and is a leader in BCG’s growth technology business. He leads the Seattle office and serves as a member of the North America leadership team and the growth tech leadership team.
