Kazutoshi Tominaga leads BCG’s Industrial Goods practice in Asia-Pacific region. He is also a core member of the Global Automotive Supplier practice and the Operations practice.

Since joining the firm, Kaz has worked closely with clients mainly in the industrial goods, automotive, and auto parts manufacturing industries. His recent project experience covers large corporate transformation, structural reform, post-merger integration (PMI), globalization strategy, production strategy, new business development leveraging digital technology, and innovation strategy. He has developed particular expertise in supporting transformation for automotive and other manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining BCG in 2013, Kaz worked at Booz & Company in the engineered products and services practice, at Roland Berger, and as a product development engineer at the Toyota Motor Corporation.
