José Antonio Tortosa is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media, & Telecommunications practice.

Over the course of his career, José Antonio has worked extensively with telecom operators in Europe and North and South America, leading projects in areas such as operational turnaround, strategy design and implementation, and sales and marketing. He has developed earnings-improvement programs, market repositioning initiatives, and growth strategies for numerous fixed, mobile, and convergent operators.

José Antonio has acquired particularly deep experience in postmerger integrations, and he has helped a wide range of companies define critical go-to-market elements and execute upon them. He has also led a number of engagements focused on customer analytics, customer value enhancement, and churn improvement.

Prior to joining BCG in 2016, José Antonio worked for Booz & Company.
