Mads Peter Langhorn is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Strategy practices. He is also a member of the Center for Digital in Transportation, with a particular focus on the shipping and rail industries. Mads also works with large-scale transformation of industrials and infrastructure providers.

Since joining BCG in 2011, based primarily out of the Copenhagen and New York offices, Mads has worked with a wide range of leading transportation operators and large industrials on corporate strategy, new operating models, and revenue and cost-management transformation.

As examples, in the railway sector, his client engagements have included developing and implementing rolling stock strategies and process transformation plans for national operators. In shipping, Mads has worked extensively with strategy and operating model transformation in container and bulk. 

Before joining BCG, Mads was with Booz Allen Hamilton. He was previously in investment banking.
